    Subscription Management

    Manage your Aboutmii subscription, view billing information, and update your plan from your account dashboard.

    Viewing Your Subscription

    1. Go to Dashboard → Subscription Plan
    2. View your current plan, billing cycle, and next billing date
    3. Review plan features and limits

    Current Plan Information

    • Plan name (Basic, Business, or Enterprise)
    • Billing frequency (Monthly or Annual)
    • Next billing date
    • Subscription start date
    • Plan features and limits

    Upgrading Your Plan

    1. Go to the Subscription Plan page
    2. Click “Upgrade” on your desired plan
    3. Select Monthly or Annual billing
    4. Complete payment
    5. Your account is upgraded immediately

    Renewing Your Subscription

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You’ll receive email reminders before renewal.

    If your subscription expires within 7 days, you’ll see a dashboard notification prompting renewal.

    Changing Billing Frequency

    • Annual billing saves 30% compared to monthly
    • Changes apply on the next billing cycle
    • Contact support for immediate changes

    Payment Methods

    • Add new payment methods
    • Update existing payment methods
    • Set a default payment method
    • Remove old payment methods

    Billing History

    • View past invoices
    • Download PDF receipts
    • Review payment dates and amounts
    • Track subscription changes

    Downgrading Your Plan

    1. Go to the Subscription Plan page
    2. Select a lower plan
    3. Confirm the downgrade
    4. Changes apply at the end of the billing period

    Important: Ensure your content fits within the new plan’s limits before downgrading.

    Canceling Your Subscription

    1. Go to Subscription Plan
    2. Click “Cancel Subscription” or “Downgrade to Free”
    3. Confirm cancellation
    4. Plan remains active until billing ends
    5. You’ll move to the Basic (free) plan

    Subscription Notifications

    • Upcoming renewals (7 days prior)
    • Successful payments
    • Failed payments
    • Plan upgrades or downgrades

    Troubleshooting

    Payment failed: Update your payment method and retry. Ensure sufficient funds.

    Can’t upgrade: Verify payment details or contact support.

    Subscription not renewing: Check your payment method or reach out to support.
