    The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section helps visitors quickly find answers to common questions, improving user experience and reducing support inquiries.

    FAQ Limits by Plan

    • Basic Plan: 5 FAQs
    • Business Plan: 15 FAQs
    • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited FAQs

    Adding FAQs

    1. Click the “Add FAQ” button
    2. Enter your question
    3. Enter the answer
    4. Click “Submit” to save

    Writing Effective FAQs

    Questions

    • Keep questions concise and clear
    • Use audience-friendly language
    • Address common concerns
    • Reflect real user questions

    Answers

    • Be clear and actionable
    • Include key details (pricing, timing, process)
    • Use a friendly tone
    • Break long answers into sections

    Reordering FAQs

    FAQs can be reordered using drag and drop. The order you set is the order displayed on your page.

    1. Click and hold an FAQ
    2. Drag it to the desired position
    3. Release to drop
    4. The order saves automatically

    Editing FAQs

    1. Remove the existing FAQ
    2. Add a new FAQ with updated content
    3. Reorder if needed

    Removing FAQs

    1. Click the “X” on the FAQ card
    2. The FAQ is removed immediately
    3. This action cannot be undone

    Example FAQs

    Troubleshooting

    Can’t add more FAQs: You may have reached your plan limit.

    FAQ not saving: Both Question and Answer are required.

    Can’t reorder: You need at least two FAQs to reorder.
